Membership Options:


Depending on what your experience is and what you want; we have a few different choices for you.

If you are brand new to CrossFit you must go through our On-Ramp program to get started with us.

Our On-Ramp Program which includes the following:

  • 3 x 1 Hour Private Lessons
  • 1 x Month of CrossFit (Starts on date of first lesson)
  • 1 x 30 min Nutritional Consultation

If you have 3+ Months of CrossFit experience you come try us out for a full week for Free to get a feel for the gym, community and coaching.

  • Unlimited CrossFit Classes
  • Military/Nurse/Student/Teacher/First Responder Discount
  • Additional Family Member Discount

If you are strictly interested in Weightlifting we also have that available for you.

Big D Barbell Program:
