Depending on what your experience is and what you want; we have a few different choices for you.
If you are brand new to CrossFit you must go through our On-Ramp program to get started with us.
Our On-Ramp Program which includes the following:
- 3 x 1 Hour Private Lessons
- 1 x Month of CrossFit (Starts on date of first lesson)
- 1 x 30 min Nutritional Consultation
If you have 3+ Months of CrossFit experience you come try us out for a full week for Free to get a feel for the gym, community and coaching.
CrossFit Program: (all memberships are month to month until you cancel)
- Full Access
- Unlimited CrossFit Classes
- Military/Nurse/Student/Teacher/First Responder Discount
- Additional Family Member Discount
If you are strictly interested in Weightlifting we also have that available for you.
Big D Barbell Program:
- $125 per month
