WORKOUT OF THE DAY

LIMITED EQUIPMENT WORKOUTS:

Programming designed for use of 1 KB or DB, Medball, Rings, Abmat and a Jump Rope. more

BODYWEIGHT WORKOUTS:

Programming designed for those have no equipment but a jump rope and access to a pull up bar more

Barbell Monday

Big D Barbell athletes train Mon/Friday from 4pm - 8pm and Sat/Sun from 12pm - 4pm. Contact us for more info about our program at info@crossfitbigd.com
